Ashley Starwood, LCSW, CCTP & CYT-200

Ashley earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and an MSW from Aurora University. She is well versed in trauma and couples therapy, and is committed to helping clients become the best version of themselves.
In addition to her clinical experience, Ashley has training in happiness coaching, hypnotherapy, crisis prevention, and is a certified yoga teacher. She is also a published author and uses her book, “Writing with Love: A Guided Journal for Couples,” to help clients strengthen their relationships.
As a clinician, Ashley creates a warm and supportive environment and incorporates extensive therapeutic training and mindfulness into treatment plans. Her goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to move forward and grow.

We are looking for ambitious and caring professionals to be a part of our dynamic group practice.

Leading with Love Therapy & Wellness Center, Inc. is seeking a skilled licensed psychotherapist (LCPC, LCSW, LPC, etc.) with an additional background (certification or degree) in yoga or other mindfulness practices for a part- time W2 position to work with individual clients virtually.
We are looking for motivated candidates who have an interest in holistic health practices, mindfulness meditation, women’s issues, trauma, and other specialties.
We encourage individuals who are bilingual, POC and those who identify as LGBTQ+ to apply. Ideal candidates have a background or additional certification/degree in yoga or nutrition. This is a part time position with full time opportunities. Therapist must be willing to maintain a client caseload of 15+ per week. Hours are flexible and based upon therapist’s availability and matched clients’ needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
• Provides psychotherapy services to individuals and/or couples
• Designs and Facilitates workshops for small groups (yoga, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, mind/body medicine, journaling, etc) • Has experience in teaching/using mindfulness based strategies (MBCT), CBT and ACT
• Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, creativity and adaptability
• Possesses exceptional skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and communication • Schedules initial appointments with referred clientele and manage changes in scheduling directly with clients • Provides clients with resources as appropriate • Submits end of day summary of services
• Maintains updated licensure and CAQH attestation
• Must be willing to work some evenings and weekend hours.
